Please use the form below to submit your abstract and note the following:

The abstract should be no more than 300 words and should follow the specified format.
Preference for oral or poster presentations should be stated.
Presentations will be 7 minutes long.
Posters must be of the appropriate size to fit a 2m x 1m poster board in portrait style.
All abstracts must be submitted in the font times new roman, size 12.
The layout for abstract submission is as follows, Title, Authors, Affiliation, Introduction, Methods, Results and Discussion.
In the abstract submission the following must be provided: Name, address and e-mail of presenting author.
Some submissions may only be accepted as posters.
Applicants may display their poster as a powerpoint slide as well as on a poster board. Powerpoint presentations will be limited to one slide per person.
Final acceptance to scientific programme dependant on registration.
The deadline for oral and poster abstract submissions is Friday 26th March 2010.
